Key Account Manager

Introduction

To continue with our growth and development plan, we want to add a Key Account Manager to our team who combines sales skills with technical knowledge in technology to sell IT products or services (software, hardware, cloud solutions) to our customers.


Role Goals

  • Seek new customers and develop the target market.
  • Understand customer problems and propose appropriate technological solutions (hardware, software, cloud services).
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the products.
  • Manage the sales process until the deal is closed.
  • Maintain a good after-sales relationship and ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with engineers and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Desired requirements

  • Technical profile with communication and leadership skills.
  • High level of Catalan, Spanish, and English.
  • Availability to start immediately.
